Siye Bian

When Siye was first introduced to Pilates in July 2021, it was originally a novelty that sparked curiosity. After months of practice, the lower back, shoulder, and neck pain from long hours of desk work began to subside. Pilates transformed from a passive exercise into a regular habit.
Siye became more curious about the practice, wondering why Pilates required full-body engagement, such as the lower body supporting upper body movements, and why it emphasized the sensation of growing taller. Driven by this curiosity, Siye decided to study Pilates further and enrolled in a Pilates instructor training program.
Through this journey, Siye gained self-awareness, learned to accept and transform, and now hopes to help others recognize their bad habits, integrate Pilates into their lives, and achieve better physical and mental well-being.
