Simon Chang


Simon grew up in BC and has been athletic since he was young. He played volleyball, basketball, and badminton during his teens. Later, he got into break dance and hip hop. He has also been weightlifting since he was 17 years old. He started in functional training, then into bodybuilding. He was looking for a career where he could fulfill his passion for sports and where he could train for longevity. He got involved in personal training and Pilates.

Simon believes Pilates can help us stay healthy. His goal is to support each client to look good, feel good, and keep a healthy, moving body for many years to come.
