Ron has undergone a transformation from being overweight to becoming a fitness coach and advanced bodybuilder since 2015. Through different training methods, he discovered that Pilates can greatly improve muscle activation, overall mobility, and flexibility. He is pleased to have learned Pilates and now helps others achieve their fitness goals. Listen to your body and enjoy!
