Josh Sun


Josh played soccer in the amateur league for ten years and was an avid hiker until multiple ankle injuries forced him to stop all sports activities. In 2021, he discovered Pilates and its principles of movement. Through Pilates exercises, Josh found that he could build a strong core, improve spine flexibility, enhance body control, and provide muscle support to reduce the risk of injury during sports activities. Pilates brought back his confidence on the field and in the mountains.

After completing his Pilates instructor training, Josh wants to share his experience and expertise to help more people protect their bodies and maintain good health. As a passionate and experienced Pilates instructor, he hopes to help his clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.
