Jenny Wong

Jenny completed her comprehensive training with Balanced Body, specializing in the reformer, trapeze table, chair, barrel, and mat Pilates.
Her passion for exploring various exercises and activities has always driven her, with a particular focus on the connection between mind and body, as well as improving strength and alignment. This passion led her to become a Pilates instructor, where she now shares her knowledge to help others discover their own connection with their bodies.
Jenny believes that every practice is personal, and she takes pride in tailoring each class to meet the unique needs of her clients.
