Daisy has worked with J Pilates for two years, where she is passionate about helping her clients achieve proper body alignment and lead healthier, more balanced lives. To stay up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques and methodologies, she regularly attends workshops, training programs, and conferences.
Daisy strongly emphasizes functional movement patterns in her classes, believing that correcting imbalances and promoting proper alignment can improve posture, reduce pain, and enhance physical performance. She is dedicated to continuing her education in body correction and has earned several advanced certifications.
