Cherrie’s journey into Pilates began as a way to heal her body after a serious car accident, which left her struggling with chronic neck and lower back pain for an extended period. Despite trying various treatments, none brought lasting relief. It wasn’t until she discovered Pilates that she experienced the transformative power of movement in her own body. Inspired by her recovery, Cherrie deepened her practice and decided to pursue comprehensive training with Balanced Body.

With over three years of experience, Cherrie views Pilates as much more than a physical workout—it’s a mindful practice that fosters a deeper connection between mind and body. Her approach is highly individualized, tailoring each session to meet her clients' unique needs and goals. Cherrie is deeply committed to helping others achieve pain-free, balanced movement, guiding them toward greater ease, confidence, and alignment—whether they are recovering from injury or seeking to enhance their overall mind-body wellness.
