 THE OWNER			
	Meet Jay He, our studio owner, senior instructor, and former national canoe athlete. Jay discovered Pilates during his rehabilitation from athletic injuries and quickly realized its numerous benefits, including improved functional strength, efficient movement, and pain management. Inspired to help others prevent and recover from sports injuries and achieve their fitness goals, he trained under Dawnna Wayburne, the Education Director of Polestar Pilates Asia Inc., in 2008 and began teaching Pilates in 2010. Jay is passionate about making Pilates accessible to everybody and believes that it can help build a strong, toned, and supple body, improve posture, stability, and alignment. Through his teaching, he aims to help clients become more aware of their bodies and learn how to control their movements. Join us and experience the transformative power of Pilates with Jay.
