Five years ago, Ellie began practicing Pilates. At the time, she frequently experienced joint pain caused by long-term muscle tension, which also affected her mood. After some time, Pilates not only alleviated these physical discomforts but also had a significant impact on her emotional regulation and stress relief. As her physical condition improved, Ellie gradually incorporated fitness training into her Pilates routine, becoming stronger and more flexible. Pilates also provided her with inner peace and focus amidst a busy life.
As a coach, Ellie is passionate about helping her students find the practice style that works best for them. She emphasizes precision in every movement and detail, ensuring her students achieve the best results in a safe environment. Ellie believes Pilates can bring unexpected benefits, whether through physical improvement or emotional well-being.
